Where do we begin? Tyler and her team first came to our notice when they represented the seller of the house across the street from us. From my window, I noted the thoroughness and efficiency of her team and various of her contractors, preparing the house for sale and then bringing in multiple clients for private showings gleaned from Tyler's extensive network. That house eventually sold well above market so a few months later, I reached out to Tyler to list my own house. What a wise decision that turned out to be.

Tyler, her right hand man Louca, and the rest of her team took care and anticipated all our needs. Disregard Tyler's advice at your own peril because she knows what sells and understands the real estate market like few others. We pretty much followed all her recommendations and our property sold for $400k over asking. Friends and neighbors all said, "who was your agent??"

Not just preparation and staging, Tyler and her team (mostly Louca), provided a level of client service above and beyond the call of duty. When we didn't order enough moving pods to move out of state two weeks prior to the first open house, we had to leave tons of furniture, household items, and trash still in the house hours before catching our one-way flight to Hawaii. The house was a disaster, but Tyler and Louca stepped in, hired junk removal service, cleaners, and arranged donations to charity for the non-trash items. And then Louca found and forwarded to us multiple items we had inadvertently left behind which he realized were precious family mementos with sentimental value.

Months later and now settled into Hawaii, my wife and I are still eternally grateful to Tyler and Louca for their absolute professionalism and commitment to providing the best service possible. Tyler has an army of contractors of the best quality, some of which we've recommended to friends after we used them. We can't recommend them enough for your real estate needs.
